Most recently, he was the Chief Learning Officer at Cognizant, driving the continuous professional & leadership development of Cognizant’s 250,000+ global workforce. Under Hariraj’s leadership, Cognizant was ranked #1 among the learning organizations globally by Association for Talent Development (ATD, formerly ASTD-American Society of Training & Development) in both 2013 and 2014. Hariraj is an engineering graduate and completed his executive education at Goizueta Business School.
Shwetal has, for over 15 years, developed front-line, mid-level and senior executive leadership in large and mid-sized global organizations across industries. She has built and facilitated leadership development solutions and programs for organizations to address their critical business performance challenges. Most recently, Shwetal led the global team that designed leadership development programs for senior leaders at Cognizant. Her work, while contextualized to create the deepest impact on leaders, is strongly rooted in established practices as well as academic discipline. Shwetal is a PCC executive coach from ICF and is certified in the use of many validated psychometric instruments and tools. She has a management degree from T.A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal.

He specializes in the fields of problem-discovery and high-value business innovation, the two areas that form the bedrock of product innovation and digital transformation. He is an acknowledged industry guru in Design Thinking and specializes in the cutting edge practice of problem discovery. He learnt Design Thinking at Stanford Design school (aka. school). A sought-after speaker and coach, he has personally facilitated over 100+ Design Thinking workshops in the last 5 years. Sanjay has worked with Fortune 500 clients by helping them design and implement complex technology programs. He has built award-winning solutions that have created impact across large enterprises. He's a volunteer, teacher and part of the core team at the Art of Living foundation. He is a graduate of BITS Pilani and has done his Executive Education at the Booth School of Business.
